Chief Operating Officer Helena Silva brings a record of success as executive director of Emmanuel House Residence in Brockton, where in just three years she not only increased the census but added a whole residential support program for persons with memory loss. During her time at EHR, she also developed a deep knowledge of and commitment to LSS as a whole.
Chief Executive Officer Heather Feltman joined LSS in January 2008 after a highly successful three years as executive director of Lutheran Disaster Response. LDR grew from 15 to 40 affiliate organizations during her tenure. Feltman is a consecrated diaconal minister of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. She has earned master's degrees in non-profit management, religion.
Chief Financial Officer Angela Wallingford has a track record of business turn-arounds, and in her 17 years at IDEXX Laboratories in Maine, she rose through the ranks from accounting specialist to general manager.
